AC in the classroom is not the only change in Mrs. Miller’s life. On July 2, 2014, the Miller family grew from three to four! Miss Kelsey Ann was born at 1:42 p.m. She weighed 7 pounds 5 ounces and was 19.5 inches long. When asked about how the baby received her name, Mrs. Miller replied, “We decided on Kelsey because I wanted a name to go with her older sister, Lindsey, and I liked how both names ended in sey. Her middle name is Ann after her Grandma Judy.” Big sister Lindsey, now two years old, enjoys helping feed, burp, and bathe her new baby sister, who she calls “Kel-pey.” If Mrs. Miller isn’t busy feeding baby Kelsey, she takes joy in playing dolls with Lindsey. Now that the family has grown, getting out of the house takes a little longer, and there is extra packing to be done.
A big thanks to Mrs.Steinhoff, the previous Family Consumer Science teacher, for subbing the last two weeks! Mrs.Miller returned to class Tuesday September 2, after Labor Day weekend. -by Molly Munsinger
