The suspect Ricky Johnson is in custody. At approximately 2PM a citizen spotted the suspect running in the area of Prairie Dell Road and Denmark Road. Two Franklin County Detectives located the suspect in Stable Stone Subdivision, Union Mo. Upon confronting the suspect he surrendered.. The Sheriff’s Office would like to thank the citizens for calling in and the following agencies for their assistance St. Louis County, St. Charles County, The U.S. Marshall Service, The Department of Corrections K-9 teams, The Franklin County Narcotics and violent Crimes Unit, The Washington, St. Clair, Union and Pacific Police Departments. A warrant was obtained for Escape from Confinement with bond set at $100,000 cash only bond.
