“What do you want to do when you grow up?” is the question that the class of 2016 will have to face soon enough. For some, the struggle will be choosing a college. For others, the struggle may be deciding on which branch of the military to enlist in, or whether or not they want to head straight into the workforce. The seniors of New Haven High may not have their lives all planned out, but here are a few hints of where the seniors of 2016 are headed!

“After New Haven High School, I want to go to the Mizzou School of Journalism, if my stars line up.”

“I plan on going to Mizzou or SEMO, and joining the ROTC. Then, I plan on joining the military.”

“After high school, I would like to go to college out of state and get a degree in the medical field.” -Abby Perdue
“How must one who is 18 years old decide what they want to do?”
-Emma Borcherding
“I can’t imagine choosing what I want to right now. My mind is always changing.”

Overall, the class of 2016 has a variety of plans for the future. Whether it be college, military, the workforce, or their future is undecided, the seniors at New Haven High all have different futures ahead of them.
