Last Friday, during third and fourth hour, seniors at New Haven High decorated the senior hallway, the cafeteria, and their lockers in the spirit of the Christmas season. The senior hallway is now very cleverly decorated, displaying a large variety of Christmas lights, trees, wrapping papers, and miscellaneous decorations. The cafeteria was decorated with long strings of Christmas lights, as well as a large Christmas tree. Despite the differences in decorations between each of the senior lockers, the seniors pulled together and made it eminently clear that there is plenty of Christmas spirit at New Haven High School.
Andrew Menke followed with, “I wish we could've done it our other three years because it was phenomenal.” Jared Horstmann agreed with Andrew, “I had a blast spending time with my class! The finished product definitely showed that.” It seems like this year’s seniors certainly enjoyed the experience.
Taylor Gillespie did have one final thing to say, “We need to work on our singing and picture taking skills. That was dysfunctional, but it was super cute and a great way to end the decorating!”
