Day 1 - Saturday April 18, 2015
Today we began our week long journey, leaving New Haven around 5 a.m.. After we said our goodbyes, the lights went out and everyone fell back asleep, until we reached Nashville, Illinois where we stopped for breakfast at McDonalds. Once we finished eating, we got back on the bus and drove to Nashville, Tennessee where we visited the Opry Mills Mall, ate lunch, and did a little shopping. Then, we boarded back on to the bus and drove to Knoxville Tennessee where we visited the University of Tennessee campus and grabbed a bite to eat, before traveling on to Newport, Tennessee where we stayed the night. In all, we watched four movies to help pass the 600 miles we drove.
