The small town of New Haven looks forward to the Balloon Glow every year. This year, however, the Balloon Glow was canceled due to high winds. The Balloon Glow cancellation has disappointed many. Some of the New Haven students had this to say about the Balloon Glow being canceled:

Junior Natalie Buchheit replied with, “At first I was upset because I didn’t have to march anymore, but I was also excited because I could just go home and relax after dance.”

Junior Ariana Ribera replied with, “I was pretty upset because they do that every year.”

Christian Price said, “Helping the ice cream stand.”
Ariana Ribera replied with, “I was really looking forward to going there with my family [and] just having a great time and being able to buy glow sticks.”
