The New Haven Shamrocks 7th and 8th grade basketball team played the Washington Blue Jays on Monday, October 3. Both New Haven Middle School teams won on their home court.
The 7th grade girls beat the Blue Jays 51-3. The girls started the game by scoring the first few points, and ended the game by scoring the final few points. The Washington Blue Jays scored a basket late in the first quarter, and added a free throw to their final score of 3 in the second quarter.
The eighth grade won with a score of 31-15. The final and starting points were made by the New Haven 8th grade girls.
