NEW HAVEN, Mo - At 3:55 a.m. on Thursday morning in the neighborhood of the Catholic Church, a man was starting his truck to go to work when he was assaulted by an unknown suspect. The suspect, wearing a black ski-mask, gloves, and a camo-coat, attacked the homeowner as he leaned into his truck to start it. The victim fought back, and took the suspect to the ground. The suspect got up and ran towards Miller Street.
There were marks from the struggle on the victim. Officers were unable to find the coward who believed he could attack a man without resistance.
