Bob Bratcher has been a helpful hand for the New Haven School District for the past twelve years. Not only is he a much-needed handyman for the school district, he is a proud veteran of the United States Coast Guard. When asked about his service, Mr. Bratcher commented, “My favorite part about serving was the people, and my favorite part of working for the school is the kids.” |
Mr. Bratcher is also the assistant softball coach. Lindsey Nixon exclaimed, “He is always really encouraging!”
On top of being the assistant coach, Mr. Bratcher is the head daytime custodian. He handles some plumbing, electricity, and drives a bus. He does so much for the school and still keeps a positive attitude. Whenever there is something not working properly, the first reaction of the students and teachers is to call Mr. Bratcher. It just seems that he knows how to fix everything!
Mr. Hoener complimented Mr. Bratcher and his work by saying, “He is always willing to help and takes a great deal of pride in his work.” Mr. Hoener also made a comment on how easy Mr. Bratcher is to work with.
It is widely agreed on that the teachers and students are all grateful for everything he does. Thank you for your service, then and now, Mr. Bratcher!
