
Jefferson City, Mo. – Gov. Jay Nixon has ordered that the flags of the United States and the State of Missouri at all government buildings in Franklin and Gasconade counties be flown at half-staff on Tuesday, April 12, in honor of Lyndon D. Ebker, an employee of the Missouri Department of Transportation.
Under Gov. Nixon’s order, U.S. and Missouri flags at government buildings in those counties will fly at half-staff from sunrise until sunset on Tuesday, the day the funeral services for Ebker will take place. The Governor previously ordered the U.S. and Missouri flags at all MoDOT facilities across the state lowered to half-staff to honor Ebker. The flags at those facilities will remain at half-staff through April 12.
