High school practices start on Mon. Aug. 6. 
Athletes are reminded that a current physical and insurance verification is required prior to practicing.


SOFTBALL:
8:00 -10:00 am
*Meet at Lions Field rain or shine

CROSS COUNTRY:
Mon. Aug. 6 @ 7:00 pm
Beginning on Tues. Aug. 7 @ 8:00 am
*Meet at the upper park pavillion

VOLLEYBALL:
*Grades 9-12 will all practice together the first week
Mon. Aug. 6 from 8:30 -11:30 am
Aug. 7,8, & 9 from 8:30 -11:00 am
Fri. Aug. 10 from 3:00 - 5:30 pm

Middle School practice dates and times:

CROSS COUNTRY:   Begins on Mon. Aug. 13
3:00 - 5:00 pm everyday
*Meet in the cafeteria

GIRLS BASKETBALL:   Begins on Tues. Aug. 21
3:00 - 5:00 pm at the elementary gym
*Athletes should ride the bus after school to the elementary
