Donna Lee Cook, 71, of New Haven, MO, passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at Mercy Hospital Washington, Missouri.
Donna was born in St. Louis, Missouri on October 22, 1948, she was the daughter of Leslie William & Bessie Laura Zolene (Gregory) Peak.
She was united in marriage to Calvin Erwin Vollertsen on April 13, 1968.
Donna is survived by two daughters, Niccole & Rebecca Vollertsen, a son, Paul Vollertsen & wife Lisa, by six granddaughters, one grandson, one great-grandson, and one great-great granddaughter, a sister, Frances Reeves, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Calvin, a daughter, Melissa (Vollertsen) Weatherly, two brothers, Gene Metcalf, and Curtis Peak, and sisters, Melba & Nina Metcalf and Norma (Metcalf) Hall.
Donna worked as a C.N.A. for New Haven Care Center.
A memorial service for Donna will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, New Haven.
