Pre-School Storytime for kids up to Kindergarten age happens each Tuesday at 10:00 am at the branch. In August our theme is farm animals. Saturday at the library will be August 20. Bring the preschoolers for storytime at 10:00 am. The La Leche League of Franklin County consultant will be here at 10:30 am to answer any questions nursing moms might have. Read, Build and Play starts at 11:00 am. We will make a set of Tangrams and create pictures with these 7 amazing shapes, perfect for kids ages 4-12.
Programs for adults in August are: Cleansing the Body, Thursday, August 25, at 6:00-7:00 pm. Join Lori Bourgeois RN to learn how to become healthy from the inside out with essential oils, supplementation, and diet.
Rod Wellington, Adventurer, Author, Paddler, Smiler will be here Friday, August 26, 6:30-7:30. Rod will describe his river expeditions, screen two short films, and share the stories behind his latest book River Angels. Books will be available for purchase.
