Prom is just a few months away and many seniors are eager to get it started. There are many people willing to do everything to make this a once-in-a-lifetime prom. So here are a few quotes from seniors and their plans for prom.
The seniors were first asked what they are most excited about for prom. Desiree Strehlau said, “seeing the theme and how it was all put together.”
Callie Weatherly responded with, “I'm really looking forward to seeing what the juniors do with the gym.”
Mikayla Maloney stated, “Dressing up and hopefully having a fun prom date.”
“Actually having a dance that isn't in the cafeteria and is decorated,” said Alexander Trentmann.
“Spending time at one last dance with my friends,” replied Makenzie Munsinger.
The girls were then asked about their prom dresses and how much they’re willing to spend for their spectacular night.
Callie Weatherly stated, “$500 if I will be able to wear it to other events. If not, $100 to $200.”
“Last year I spent a little over $100, but this year, I don't plan on buying an expensive dress,” replied Julia Unnerstall.
Elsie McNabb responded by saying, “Well, my prom dress was $400, so I guess a lot.”
The boys were later questioned if they are planning on buying a fancy suit for prom.
“Definitely going to get a tux and hopefully going to have a new pair of Jordans by then,” said Alex Trentmann.
“As much as I don’t want to, I’m going to be coming to prom in a tux,” replied Nathan Remillard.
Graham Hill responded by saying, “I’m definitely [going to] wear my Space Jams or a pair of my Jordans and a tux.”
Colton Ruediger replied with, “It’s [going to] feel weird but I bought a suit for myself.”
It sounds like our seniors are going to be having a blast this year! With many great memories to end the year with, our seniors will surely be missed.
