![]() On September 19, 2019 Franklin County Sheriff’s Office deputies were dispatched to a business in the 2900 block of West Osage Street outside Pacific Missouri for a report of a burglary in progress. Prior to arrival, deputies learned an employee could hear movement inside the business and an interior motion sensor alarm was sounding. Upon arrival, deputies made entry and searched the business. During a search, the deputies located a male subject hiding underneath a vehicle. The subject was detained and identified. During questioning the male admitted to forcing entry into the business with a pry tool. Evidence inside the business suggested he was planning on stealing items from within. The male had burglary tools and suspected methamphetamine and paraphernalia in his possession. Deputies learned the male also had an active arrest warrant through Eureka PD for an ordinance violation. The male is identified as Jordan Ryan Moore, age 29 from Villa Ridge. He was arrested and transported to the Franklin County Adult Detention Facility. The Franklin County Sheriff's Office is seeking charges of Burglary 1st degree, Possession of Burglary Tools, and Possession of a Controlled Substance and drug paraphernalia against Moore in this matter.
