WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Rep. Blaine Luetkemeyer (MO-03) is asking 3rd District residents to participate in the third year of the “Valentines for Veterans” program. “Last year, my offices received over 13,000 cards from 3rd District residents and I am extremely excited to see what this year will bring,” Luetkemeyer said. “I hope that everyone finds a moment to create a valentine that will be sent to the men and women who bravely fought for the safety of our nation.” The Valentines for Veterans can be dropped off or mailed to Luetkemeyer’s district office until Monday, Feb. 5 at 5 p.m. Please be sure to read and follow these rules: -Do not sign your last name or include your address. -Please restrict the use of glitter. -Do not address the valentine to a specific person. -Do not seal the valentines in individual envelopes. Additionally, please note that all valentines are reviewed by staff for appropriateness prior to distribution.
