Isabella Groner is the September Student of the Month for New Haven High School. Isabella is a senior and is the daughter of Brian and Heidi Groner. She is involved in varsity volleyball, varsity track & field, NHS, Student Council, FCCLA, FBLA, and class vice president. Her awards include the Sophomore Pilgrimage Leadership Award, Academic Activity Award, High Honor Roll for all semesters, two Volleyball Academic All-State Awards, All-Conference Honorable Mention Track & Field, All-Conference First Team Track & Field, three Academic All-Conference Track & Field awards, two Academic All-Conference Volleyball awards, and Second Team All-District Volleyball Team. Outside school, she works at the New Haven Care Center, spends time with family and friends, and reads. She loves going outside and spending time with her dog. Her favorite school subject is English because it's the easiest to understand. Congratulations, Isabella!

NHMS Student of the Month

Alice Cahill is the September Student of the Month for New Haven Middle School. She is the daughter of Mary Hedrick and Clint Cahill. Alice is an eighth grader and is involved in ARTC. She enjoys going to the library or walking around town. Her favorite subject is history because she loves history and she got that from her dad’s love of history. She has 7 siblings, and she enjoys being a Shamrock because everyone is nice. Congratulations, Alice!
